EXHIBITOR CANCELLATIONS & SPACE REDUCTIONS

Exhibitor cancellations or space reductions shall be made in writing.

Exhibitors withdrawing from the exhibition will be liable to pay the following cancellation fees:

• Before November 1st, 2026, = 50% of total space cost
• On or after November 1st, 2026, = 100% of total space cost
If an exhibitor reduces the space reserved after this booking form has been received and processed by SBC, SBC shall have the right to charge the following penalty fees:

• Before November 1st, 2026, = 50% cost of area reduced
• On or after November 1st, 2026, = 100% cost of area reduced
I understand the cancellation and space reduction charges as detailed above.
